These terms govern your use of www.sttruckinginc.com (the "site") and any quote request you submit through it. The site is operated by S&T Trucking ("S&T Trucking", "we", "us"). By using the site or submitting a request, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. Quote requests are not contracts
Submitting a quote request does not create a binding agreement, reserve equipment, or guarantee availability, pricing, or a delivery date. It is a request for us to contact you. Any hauling or material supply we perform is governed by the separate written agreement, work order, or invoice we issue for that job — not by this page.
Quotes we provide are estimates based on the information you give us. Final pricing may change based on actual quantities, haul distance, site access, wait time, disposal fees, fuel costs, and conditions we could not reasonably assess beforehand.
2. Calls and text messages
When you give us your phone number and check the consent box, you agree that S&T Trucking may call and send text messages to that number about your request — including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase; you can always reach us by calling 321-322-8654 instead.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not withdraw a request you have already submitted.
3. Information you give us
You agree that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide the phone number and email address you enter — and to authorize work at the site address you identify. Do not submit anyone else's contact details without their permission.
4. How we use your information
Quote requests are delivered to us by Formspree, a third-party form service, and are then handled by email. We use what you submit to respond to your request, prepare a quote, and carry out work you engage us for.
We do not sell your information. We share it only with people working on your job and with service providers who operate our site and email, and where the law requires disclosure.
5. Materials and specifications
We supply road base, fill dirt, lime rock, crushed concrete, #57 stone, and related aggregates. Where materials are described as FDOT-certified, that refers to the material specification supplied. Natural material varies in color, moisture, and gradation between loads and sources, and screen images on this site are illustrative rather than an exact sample. If a job depends on a precise specification, tell us before we load — and confirm it in writing on the work order.
6. Site access and delivery
You are responsible for providing safe, legal, and adequate access for loaded dump trucks, for identifying underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation, and other buried or overhead hazards, and for obtaining any permits your site requires. We are not responsible for damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, lawns, or private surfaces that results from driving or dumping where you have directed us.
7. About this website
We work to keep the site accurate, but content is provided for general information and may change without notice. Photographs are representative of the type of work we perform and do not necessarily depict a specific job, site, or piece of equipment. The site is provided on an "as is" basis, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
All content on this site — text, layout, graphics, and logos — belongs to S&T Trucking and may not be copied or reused without permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, S&T Trucking is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. This section governs use of the site; liability for hauling and material supply is addressed in the agreement for that work.
9. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last revised, and the version posted here is the one that applies.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute relating to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
